Lee A. Barrett
, 77, of Jamestown, NY, formerly of Brocton, NY entered into rest Aug. 28, 2023.
He was born in Westfield, NY on July 2 1946 to the late Lee and May (Kelley) Barrett.
Lee lived with his mother until the mid-1980s, and then moved into the Resource Center in Jamestown, NY.
He was well cared for and very happy there. What the group at the Resource Center really admired about him was his smile and contagious laugh. He really enjoyed bowling with the Special Olympics, and loved Country Music, animals, and being a collector of many different things, and loved being around other people and his caretakers. Lee is survived by his nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother Fay.
As per the wishes of his family Lee will have a private graveside service which will be held at the convenience of the family, with Rev. Clara Wilder of Tri-Church Parish in Brocton, N.Y. officiating. Interment will take place in North Harmony Cemetery.
