WASHINGTON – Former President Donald Trump and 18 of his allies indicted for allegedly conspiring to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results will be arraigned Wednesday, Sept. 6 before Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee.
All 19 defendants are accused of violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, which penalizes activities of individuals engaging in organized crime. Other charges they face include conspiring to commit election fraud, conspiring to commit false statements and writings and perjury.
Trump and several of his allies have denied wrongdoing.
At 9:30 a.m. Sept. 6, Trump will be the first defendant to be arraigned. The other defendants will follow in 15-minute intervals.
Here’s when the arraignments of the 19 defendants will take place:
- Donald Trump: 9:30 a.m.
- Rudy Giuliani: 9:45 a.m.
- John Eastman: 10 a.m.
- Sidney Powell: 10:15 a.m.
- Mark Meadows: 10:30 a.m.
- Cathy Latham: 10:45 a.m.
- Scott Hall: 11 a.m.
- Kenneth Chesebro: 11:15 a.m.
- Trevian Kutti: 11:30 a.m.
- Harrison Floyd: 11:45 a.m
- Jeffrey Clark: 1 p.m.
- Stephen Lee: 1:15 p.m.
- Jenna Ellis: 1:30 p.m.
- Shawn Still: 1:45 p.m.
- Ray Smith: 2 p.m.
- David Shafer: 2:15 p.m.
- Michael Roman: 2:30 p.m.
- Bob Cheeley: 2:45 p.m.
- Misty Hampton: 3 p.m.

The arraignment acts as the “initial hearing” of the case where the judge will outline the charges against the defendants. The defendants will also have the chance to enter their plea. Trump pleaded not guilty to charges he faced in three other criminal cases in New York, Florida and Washington.
Last week, all 19 defendants turned themselves into Fulton County Jail, where authorities collected fingerprints and mugshots. The process contrasted with Trump’s other three other cases, in which he was processed at courthouses. His photograph also wasn’t required at previous bookings.
At least five of the 19 defendants in the case − Meadows, Clark, Shafer, Still and Latham − are fighting to have their cases moved from state to federal court, arguing that they were federal officials performing their duties at the time of the acts outlined in the indictment.
